Have you had sleepless nights thinking of your ex?Have you been in despair over a failed relationship?

It happened to me in my teenage years when I broke up with my first love… or you can say, he dumped me.  I was totally confused, angry, suspicious… and I had the lowest esteem that anyone could ever have.I was a total rundown; I felt like a TOTAL FAILURE.

Then, one fine day, I decided to start a heartbroken diary.

Maybe you would have kept a diary of things you were sad about, like the loss of a pet, friends or some sad life events.

So, I started my heartbroken diary, wrote a dear diary entry and slept that night.

When you feel that feeling coming; get alone by yourself and start writing in that diary… write about your love, hate, sadness; it could be a poem to express yourself of your unrequited love, break-up or divorce.

Keeping a heartbroken diary helps… HEAPS.As you write, it is really good as a medium for self-expression.  Don’t care about grammar. Just write down your feelings, like you talk, even if it is as hard as that may be.  Just write about what matters, how you feel and what is going on INSIDE.

Write in your diary, whenever the feelings come back. You wouldn’t want anyone to know… a SECRET for now.You wouldn’t want anyone to pry its contents… not until you feel you can share with someone you trust… (and definitely not your younger brother).  For me, not even my Mom or Dad.  No one at all.Maybe only GOD can you trust.

A heart break is hard to experience.  Start your heartbreak diary today.  I can assure you that it will make you feel better and maybe help you heal from the pain of a break-up.

You know what, I eventually got over my love.  I realized he was not wanting me as much as I wanted him.  And, boy, the feelings in my diary was… unmentionable.  At times, hate seems to be everywhere.I should say, Love and Hate… they both exist so close together.
