There is a chance that he will either hang up or just ignore your call but it is a chance that you have to be willing to take. Maybe you can try to send him an e-mail or even a romantic letter in the mail? Seems a little dall but maybe that lttle romantic step will make it's way to his heart and he may come on his own to the conclusion that you he himeslf wants you back.

How can you go about planning a meeting with your ex?

Above all, try to make sure that you are in a public place with your ex boyfriend. Make it a restaurant or a park. Don’t ever make the mistake of meeting at your place or their place, if you are in that environment (your place or theirs) then you both will feel too uncomfortable to address the issues that you need to discuss. Another possibility is that you will be too tempted to jump into bed with your ex or they will feel like they want to sleep with you also.

How can you get him to want to get back with you?

Don’t be afraid to open up to him and let him know how much you really care about him and what it means to have him in your life. Taking that leap of faith and showing your vulnerable side to him could just be the trick!
